We discovered Cerros Beach Resort 13 years ago. We are in love with the location and have made great friends with Bill & Jenny, the owners, over the years. They are amazing hosts! When we are able to make it to Bélize, we always stay at Cerros Beach Resort! Great hosts, great accommodations and great location! I can’t wait to get back this winter to enjoy another vacation there!
We first discovered Cerros 13 years ago. We fell in love instantly and made a goal to buy a piece of property there. 6 years later we bought a piece of land that will be our vacation/retirement home in the near future. It’s all thanks to Cerros Real Estate that we were able to obtain our dream! Jenny is the best and you can’t find a better deal with anyone else! They are are highly recommended!

My husband and I met Bill and Jenny staying at Cerros Beach Resort while scouting and contemplating future plans. It was such an organic fit. They’re so honest and kind. We hit it off right away and they were a wealth of knowledge about the area. The second we landed back in the U.S. we knew we had to make a move toward our future and they were the perfect people to assist in that endeavor. Now, just a few short months later, we’re landowners! Jenny streamlined the process for us and made it so easy even with a million questions about owning/moving etc. She answered each one with patience. I can’t say enough good things about them and Cerros Real Estate. We can’t wait to be fulltime Belizeans.
